My friends and I had the pleasure of shopping in your Old Koloa Town store recently on our first trip through all the beautiful islands of Hawaii. What a wonderful experience it was stepping over the threshold and smelling all those tropical island scents. It was a pleasant surprise to have had our purchases shipped home free of charge! We arrived home in New Jersey on November 16 and our order arrived the very next day; we were all impressed. I plan on doing future shopping at Island Soap & Candle Works, both online and in person. WOW, I just wanted to write and Thank You for the excellent service I received when ordering from your store. I ordered perfume from the web-site on NOV. 8th and my VISA was billed on NOV. 11th. Then my order arrived NOV. 18th - WOW. I thought I would have to wait 6 - 8 weeks, especially since this order was coming from Hawaii and I live in Canada. Thank you for the perfume and the speedy response to my request. Excellent customer service. I will be ordering from you again.

Hi...I had just received my order of shower gel and 4 coconut beeswax candles. Oh my...the gel is just great. It makes my skin feel so soft. The candles have such a great coconut smell I could just eat them. I know I'll be ordering from you again soon. Thanks for the great products.

Hi,
I was there in person and purchased a bar of the Plumeria Passion soap. I was going to use it myself but ended up giving it to my niece. She was concerned at first because she is so sensitive to most soaps but I convinced her to try it and of course she loved it and had no reaction to it. Thank you for allowing her to have a nice smelling soap that won't cause her to break out in hives. I will be ordering online soon so I can enjoy your soap too.

I recently received my second order of soaps and bath gels, and I also purchased one of your plumeria candles, I have bought other brands of plumeria candles hoping they would smell like your plumeria products, but they never did, in fact they were so sweet smelling and horrible I would give them away, I absolutely love your plumeria candles and all the products you sell. My husband and I vacationed in Kauai in September 2003. We had a wonderful time and I was delighted to find your shop. We purchased many of your soaps and a few of your candles. Their quality is fabulous. Our fiends and families enjoyed the gifts we brought back to share, too. This was a very memorable time in our lives and every time I light a candle it makes me feel a sense of peace and well being which leads me to why I am e-mailing you.

In December, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer . I had major surgery and am now home from the hospital. Your candles were of great comfort to me during the stressful time awaiting surgery, and now my recovery at home. While I lay on my hospital bed I kept thinking what would make me feel better- a candle- not just any kind, but the kind I purchased at your shop. It burns better than any of the other candles I have used.
